At VCab, we aim to make your booking and payment process simple, transparent, and secure.
We accept the following payment options:
Cash payment to the driver
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Online bank transfer (for corporate / advance bookings)
Wallet or QR payment (subject to availability)
Some bookings may require partial or full advance payment, especially for:
Outstation trips
Airport pickup at odd hours
Long-distance or premium vehicles
Advance amount will be clearly informed at the time of booking.
Final fare is confirmed based on:
Vehicle type
Distance and route
Toll, parking, and applicable taxes
Any extra usage beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged additionally.
Toll charges, parking fees, airport entry charges, and state taxes (if any) are not included unless mentioned and must be paid by the customer.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:
Time of cancellation
Vehicle assigned
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment mode.
If cash is selected, payment must be made directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
For online payments, no additional payment is required unless extra charges apply.
Any fare disputes must be reported within 24 hours of trip completion.
VCab reserves the right to revise fares in case of incorrect distance, route change, or additional usage.
VCab reserves the right to update this payment policy at any time without prior notice.
